veronica greeted me with a smile. the electric fan kept the room cool at night. greg always greeted me with a smile and gave helpful suggestions for seeing the sights. the packed lunch was a welcome addition. the location was close to the main square. i felt both comforted and secure knowing the reception desk was staffed 24/7.

the room was fully carpeted and it was an issue for me.

I found the staff to be very polite. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Luggage storage was also available (very useful for early arrivals).

My room faced an enclosed hallway, so there was no access to fresh air. Other guests could easily see inside, and I had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. The ventilation wasn't effective and was noisy, difficult to sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the 24/7 reception service. It. The location is excellent and close to the main square. (This made sightseeing easy!) The room was also clean and tidy.

The breakfast had limited options. I found the lack of variety disappointing for a longer stay. The soundproofing was not very effective. I could easily hear noises from other rooms.
